There are two numerical integration methods available, which control thedynamical update of the simulation. Currently, the default is an Eulerupdate, which considers the vehicle's speed constant during one timestep. As an alternative, SUMO offers the ballistic update, whichconsiders the acceleration constant during one time step. More precisely,it creates a PDBFile object, passes the file name input.pdb to it as anargument, and assigns the object to a variable called pdb. ThePDBFile object contains the information that was read from the file: themolecular topology and atom positions. Your file need not be calledinput.pdb. Feel free to change this line to specify any file you want,though it must contain all of the atoms needed by the force field.(More information on how to add missing atoms and residues using OpenMM tools can be found in Chapter 4.)Make sure you include the single quotes around the file name.
