Whenever I download the mod, everything looks correct except it is not an .exe file. In addition, I get a message saying that it is not a valid instillation of the file. Finally, when I attempt to put the mod in the mod installer, it says that it is not a valid modification package. Any tips for what I am doing wrong?
I have the same issue. Not sure what the problem is. Hoppah can you help us? I have this installed on a older machine. I had the game through GameFly, but they apparently don't do the online stuff for computer games like steam.
I use the Steam version of EMERGENCY 4 DELUXE. How do I get the .e4mod file instead of getting the "Setup cannot find a valid installation of Emergency 4 or 911:First Responders and is unable to find a location to install the mod! Press OK to continue the setup."? It's sorta annoying... can someone help me?
I raise my middle finger to this game and the developers/publishers who refuse to take care of their title. Seems that they'd rather have free advertising through our mods than to hold up their part and fix the game.

Mini Light Bars - Like their larger cousins, the full-size light bar, a mini light bar is a quick way to install 360 degrees of visibility on any emergency vehicle. While not as large as a full-size light, a mini light bar still packs a punch. Perfect for security vehicles and private ambulances, the mini light bar is the perfect choice for anyone looking to add more visibility to their vehicle.
Grille Lights - Used ambulance lights, police lights, and everything in between, grill lights have recently become one of the most useful warning lights available. Small but powerful they easily install on grilles, license plates, push bars, and any other flat surface you can think of. Increase your visibility and safety when you combine a seat of powerful grille lights with an ambulance siren or PA system.
Traffic Advisor Lights - A traffic advisor light is an interior mounted, rear-facing light with a specific purpose. Armed with directional strobe patterns, a traffic advisor light is designed to direct traffic around a construction or emergency scene. Combine one with a police siren and PA system for a powerful traffic control setup.
Should I switch? The side of the road, construction sights, and emergency scenes are all dangerous places to be. This is especially true if you're not visible, or if your collection of emergency light bars, light heads, or beacon lights sends an unclear message. Broken, dim and ineffective lights can put your life in danger so why risk it? Install a bright, durable, long-lasting LED strobe light kit to your emergency vehicles, POV, road-side assistance work trucks, tow trucks or any vehicles applications; and put your mind at ease.

E4MOD filename suffix is mostly used for Emergency 4 Mod files. Sixteen Tons Entertainment defined the Emergency 4 Mod format standard. E4MOD file format is compatible with software that can be installed on system platform. E4MOD file belongs to the Game Files category just like 1509 other filename extensions listed in our database. Emergency 4 is by far the most used program for working with E4MOD files. On the official website of Sixteen Tons Entertainment developer not only will you find detailed information about theEmergency 4 software, but also about E4MOD and other supported file formats.
You still cannot access E4MOD files although Emergency 4 is installed on your system? Make sure that the software is up to date. Sometimes software developers introduce new formats in place of that already supports along with newer versions of their applications. The reason that Emergency 4 cannot handle files with E4MOD may be that the software is outdated. All of the file formats that were handled just fine by the previous versions of given program should be also possible to open using Emergency 4.
If the issue has not been solved in the previous step, you should associate E4MOD files with latest version of Emergency 4 you have installed on your device. The next step should pose no problems. The procedure is straightforward and largely system-independent
At the hearing, there was no evidence of any recent overdose, visit to an emergency room,or hospitalization. There was no evidence of Narcan being administered to M.O.D. at any time in the recent past.
The petitioner told the court M.O.D. did not desire to live any longer and that at some undisclosed time in the past he threatened to take his life by overdosing. These hearsay statements were unsupported as there was no evidence of recent overdoses, visits to the emergency room, or hospitalizations. There was no evidence of recent use of Narcan. The petitioner had not observed M.O.D. using drugs. Nor did he see any drugs when he visited M.O.D.'s apartment. As such, there is insufficient evidence to find by "clear and convincing evidence" a likelihood of serious harm as defined in the statute. See Matter of a Minor, 484 Mass. 295, 297-298 (2020) (even though mother believed juvenile was mixing alcohol and Xanax, exhibited signs of impairment, and had recently undergone unsuccessful treatment, there was insufficient evidence to support finding of likelihood of serious harm). Further, there was no proof any self-harm was "imminent." See Matter of G.P., supra at 128 (harm must be "imminent," which in this context means "a substantial risk that the harm will materialize in the reasonably short term --in days or weeks rather than in months"). See also Matter of a Minor, supra at 297.
Like @pandaman I voted "despite bug issues" for similar reasons. I haven't exactly used wheels or legs too much, mostly for the fear that something horrible will happen. The only real reason I'm playing 1.1.x is because I can have all the same mods, and twice the performance on my potato.
My game has a ton of visual mods which pushes it to the edge of 64-bit memory. I have a lot of VAB crashes which is pretty frustrating. I know I can go back in time, so I chose that. Voted the last option because bugs do not ruin updates for me, and the ones I do have can be dealt with, but as I said before, they are frustrating.
Multiple KSP installs ... I have every install ready to run since 0.16, some versions are dedicated to the mod I'm developing at that moment. Amount of unique installs at this moment: 49. Harddrive space is cheap.
I spend the bulk of my time in the heavily modded game. I have been updated the mods as they come out ever since 1.1.2 came out, and the stability of this game has greatly increased. It's to the point now that I would consider it totally playable long-term, except for Scatterer, which still induces frequent crashes for me. But I have hopes that will change in time. So for now about the only mod NOT in this game is Scatterer.
The reason? Because, for reasons passing understanding, Squad is determined for ram some sort of stock RT or AR communications system down our throats. Now mind you, I've used one of those mods in all my games for the past couple of years, but that's my own choice. But besides my fundamental objection to making any "realism" thing stock, the introduction of a stock communications system will break a lot of saves. It will certainly break the saves of anybody who does not at present use a communications mod--none of their stuff will be able to talk. And it will very likely break the saves of those who DO use RT or AR at present. Why? Because the stock system will certainly set the ranges of the various existing stock antennae to something other than what they have in either RT or AR, will rely on new stock antenna parts for long-range relays, and will want to use a different set-up of those relays than either mod. Thus, even those who currently use RT or AR will likely lose contact with at least some of their stuff. So, with this disaster-in-the-making looming on the horizon, it seems pointless to try to get anything started until we know what we're dealing with.
In 2019, the Institute of Healthcare Policy and Innovation claimed 22% of the 50 to 80 age group had an emergency or disaster such as a power outage lasting more than a day, severe weather, evacuation or lockdown, while 73% reported experiencing at least one such event during their lifetime. 2b1af7f3a8
