Thanks for reading- i hope it helped a bit. If you want to hear some more about SWAM instruments check out http://www.gradobe.com/swamd.html. I will follow the comments of anyone that reads this and reply if i want to clarify something. If you want to hear some of them, just let me know and i will put the link to it.
I'd be curious to see what sort of sound you get, you can try plugging this into some other VST program and see what kind of vocals your using, or hit a real clarinet and see for yourself, comparing to your real clarinet. Best of luck with this
Also, unlike a normal sampler, everything is either modeled or designed for a resonant cavity modeled instrument. So you can play anything and hit almost any note without needing to worry about up and down movement or many other things. No matter what you play, it will always sound good, within the limits of the piece.
Unlike many of these kinds of digital samplers, everything here is modeled with a frequency domain based system. The fastest way to think about it is in terms of sub frequencies: 10hz, 40hz, 100hz …. then front to back: 1.5khz, 4khz, 1.5khz, etc. These are important parameters, not just simple frequency. They determine the harmonics that are mixed. 7211a4ac4a
