Similar experience for my wife and I, but we bought! We have had our timeshare about 10 years now and absolutely love it. We did upgrade about seven years ago so that we could vacation more. Hilton may not be for everyone but it does work for us. My wife and I will retire early in about a year and will use our Hilton timeshare as much as possible. It is possible we may upgrade one more time.
I received a similar deal a year ago that I took advantage in Orlando. I would never do a HGV timeshare presentation again. The guy we had was terrible. He assumed we were going to buy when we said no. My husband actually began to consider it at the end, and that made it more difficult. He ended up signing up for a second chance offer for a vacation. I promptly cancelled the whole thing when we got home. Never again.
If you end up staying at one of their timeshare brands on a trip, you may also see some promotional materials around the hotel, so keep your eyes open! For instance, team member Meghan took advantage of this on a trip to Arizona. When she was checking in at the Hyatt Residence Club Sedona, Pinon Pointe, she saw a sign in the lobby that mentioned something about a $100 gift card in exchange for attending a timeshare presentation!
Hi we are interested in a timeshare in Flordia, either Orlando or Kissimmee, I have retired and we are wanting to vacation there so we would love to visit a timeshare presentation, so how can you help me out on the travel expense. call me @575-408-9558.
There are good timeshares out there, as well as there are people who feel happy about their timeshare purchases, especially those who enjoy to vacation at the same place and are not spontaneous travelers. Unfortunately, due to the big number of timeshare scams being committed against many vacationers, the industry has gained a terrible reputation.
I have access to about 30+ timeshare vacation promotions. We are all about the terms and conditions. If you have questions about timeshare promotions give us a call at (855)804-8381 or visit our sit at Thanks!
Hello there, I am looking for a way to take my hubby and daughter on our very first family vacation in 19 years. My husband is a recent retired disabled veteran of the Army of 20 years and at 43 my husband is 9 months into his first time of sobriety from alcohol in 30 years. We never had a honeymoon or were ever able to take a vacation because of his addiction and when he was sober it was 2 deployments in a war zone overseas fighting for his life. I want to surprise him on his 1 year of his new life. We are on a very tight budget due to daughters graduation and loss of active duty pay down to retired and most places do not give retired military perks anymore. I would love to take them to Florida but willing to go anywhere that is CHEAP! Willing to do timeshares or other promotional deals since retired now. =} #785-375-3837 and email is riggsfamily4@yahoo.com

Such incentives can elevate the price. But one of the main reasons for the stark price gap is the high cost of marketing a new time share. Extensive efforts to attract new customers, including discounted promotional vacations and free tickets to local attractions, can add up to 50 percent of the price.
If you are approached to visit this place RUN, RUN as fast as you can. My son and I checked into a local hotel in Pigeon Forge TN. and while chatting with the lady that was checking us in I revealed that I had recently lost my husband and that my son and I were on a trip to relax. Later when I went to the lobby to inquire about tickets to local attractions I was approached by a lady that said she represented The Lodges owned by Capital Resorts and that if I would visit she had a SPECIAL DEAL for SINGLE LADIES only to get tickets at a steep discount.I talked to my son and we went back and took the \"deal\" which wasn't much of a discount as I later learned. My son was joking around with her about it being discrimination to offer the deal to single women only. The next morning we went to a\"really good breakfast\" which turned out to be coffee and doughnuts. I told the salesman that was assigned to us up front that I really wasn't interested in a timeshare because I already owned one that my husband and I had owned for about 35 years and couldn't afford maintenance fees for two timeshares as my husband had recently passed away.He said go take a look and I will get your tickets when you get back. When we returned he asked what I thought. I told him it was beautiful but I still could not afford two maintenance fees.He asked where my timeshare was.I told him Outer Banks Beach Club but that I paid my fees to SPM resorts. He said \"let me check with my boss.We just recently purchased some properties in the area.He came back and said they owned SPM and Outer Banks Beach Club. He said that since I owned a three bedroom unit that if I purchased the minimum amount of points that they could combine them and I would have over 300,000 points which would give me over four weeks vacation every year plus they would put $1000.00 in credits in my account the first of every year that I could use along with all the other special extras. I would also be a Charter member. I said I still can't afford two maintenance fees.He said you won't have but one because we are combining the two. I asked if my husbands name being on the deed would cause a problem. He asked if I had a death certificate.I said yes but not with me.He said that I could mail or fax a copy. After a lot more discussion I decided to go for it.bringing up the maintenance fees several more time and being assured there would be only one and that if I would agree to them debiting my checking account every year they would pay the first year dues. After Robin Karpp did the paperwork I asked her if I should mail or fax the death certificate. She said somebody would contact me.I put the total amount on two credit cards because I get points for using them and then paid them off when they came in. In November I got my normal maintenance bill from Outer Banks Beach Club.Thinking there was a mix up with the paperwork I called Outer Banks Beach Club and told them what I was told. The lady said nobody owns us and the only connection we have to SPM is they collect maintenance fees for us and we can fire them at any time. You still own your unit and still owe the fees. I called Robin Karpp and she had John Richardson contact me.I told him the problem and he said oh, we don't do that. You have to space bank your points with Outer Banks Beach Club in order to have 300,000 points and you still owe them the maintenance fees.I told him that was not what I was told and I wanted all my money back. He said he would talk to his boss and get back to me.When he didn't I called Spm and spoke with Kyle Towner. He said he would reach out to them and have them contact me.A few days later John Richardson called me and when I told him I was having a hard time hearing him Robin Karpp came on the line and said I was on speaker phone and they were recording the call.I again told them I was lied to and I wanted all my money back and my name off anything to do with Capital resorts. They said they would talk to somebody, I can't remember the name. That was in Nov.and I have never heard from either again.I try to call Robin Karpp's number and get no answer. I next talked to Milissa Gregory at a headquarters number.I explained everything to her.She asked me to send her a detailed letter by email to her and she would give it to her boss so the problem could be fixed.I sent the email and have not heard from anyone since.I have tried calling several times and get her voice mail.I leave messages and no return call.I sent emails and no answer. At this point I am waiting on the forms to file a complaint with the attorney general of Tennessee. I am also going to get a lawyer and maybe file a class action suit against them.In other reviews I have seen answers from them that they tried to contact the person and couldn't so their complaint wasn't valid.THEY HAVE NOT CONTACTED ME. They will say anything to get your money.Show less 59ce067264
